Warranty Certification
Dynacom products builds its products to such rigid specifications that we warrant all of our TIA, 568-C compliant products for 25 years when properly installed by a certified Dynacom contractor. The products can be used as stand-alone components or as integral parts of a Category 5E/6 or 6A installation, as specified in TIA/EIA TSB 67. This warranty is issued by Dynacom to the End-User only.
Requirements:
To activate the warranty, the certified Dynacom Contractor shall submit to Dynacom a completed ‘Application for Warranty’ that includes:
• The End-User’s company name, contact information and installation site address(es)
• A complete bill of material indicating all Dynacom parts numbers and quantities utilized
• The application and system cut-over date
• Complete passing test results with indication of the type of test conducted (Category 5E/6/6A)
• As-built documentation showing all station locations and closets
